Snow update: SVC’s WHIDBEY ISLAND CAMPUS (in Oak Harbor) and MARINE TECHNOLOGY CENTER (in Anacortes) are closed tonight. All evening classes and events are canceled. (Mount Vernon is OPEN for all classes and events.)
